If you live in the vicinity of King Elementary School in Oregon City, Oregon it is worth visiting to see the hundreds of tile mosaics the students have made. They are displayed on a side of a wall next to the main entrance.
Unfortunately, due to budget restraints King is no longer being operated as an Elementary School and has been coupled with other schools. But, you can still enjoy the art.
The designs are portraiture. Everyone of them is different.
Some of the designs look a little rough around the edges but you have to give them lots of credit.
