Bob's Red Mill

Bob's Red Mill is in Milwaukie, Oregon. They may not be so famous in the other 49 States but they sure are in Oregon.

It is kind of a multitasking establishment. Meaning, it's a restaurant, it's a cooking school, it's a bakery, it's a bulk food store with a nutritional theme...they feature many gluten free products, for example.

I don't care when you go there during business hours...they are packed and, that tells you what kind of place it is. And, they are helpful folks!
