This is Haystack Rock which is located in Cannon Beach on the North Oregon Coast. It is a 235 foot "Sea Stack" sitting in the Pacific Ocean.
It can be reached at low tide. Folks can easily explore the tide pools adjacent to Haystack.
It is a very popular touristy place because of its proximity to Portland and, because Cannon Beach itself is a thriving art community.
