Popular Classic Sports Car

Of all the classic sport cars, the Shelby Cobra is one of the most popular. Carroll Shelby, in the early sixties, created the most sought-after American muscle car in history.

The very first Cobra ever produced sold in August 2016 for $13.75 million. Wow! The one pictured here is a kit car but, still impressive!

Old Car Pictures - Some Old Duffers!

I'll admit it...I'm older than dirt. But, I experienced a time that: when it was payday, even with a modest income, you could go out and buy a car, pay your rent and still afford to eat until the next payday.

Maybe you couldn't afford to buy a new car on payday but, you could buy a pretty decent running car for fifty bucks.  Those days are toast!

Some of the old cars that are pictured here you could have gotten for a song in the old days.  Not now, dude!

These are some shots from the "Cruise to Downtown Car Show" in Oregon City, Oregon. There was an assortment of classic cars, muscle cars, hot rods and one cool Panoz and then, whatever.
