Lincoln City is the home of an outstanding kite festival each and every year. Located on the Oregon Coast, folks come from all over to attend this gala two day event.
From year to year you may see some of the same kites but, for the most part you will be treated to new and exciting, and very innovative kites. And, handlers that have excellent kite flying abilities.
As you can see, folks are milling around the beach. However, some bring a picnic or, buy a hot dog at the local stand. The whole idea is to have fun watching the kites fly around the beach!
