Happy Valley Park is in Happy Valley, Oregon which is right next to Portland. I would say that everybody that lives there is "happy, happy, happy"! But, I am sure they get tired of hearing that.
The Park has a 24 acre wetland. Cool boardwalks constructed throughout. If you didn't know better you would think you are a million miles from nowhere, rather than smack dab in the middle of a urban area.
Other than the wetlands, it's a normal everyday park but, a super great park to walk around. There is an off lease dog park. And, I don't have to tell you that puppies love to walk around the wetland area but, they have to stick to the boardwalks and not be chasing the wildlife all over the place.
