Milwaukie, Oregon doesn't have a whole lot of parks. But, if you drive east up the Milwaukie Expressway a tad you run into one of the most pristine parks you ever ran across.
Namely, North Clackamas Park. It is beautiful!
It has the greatest ball fields I have ever seen. It has an Equestrian area, a world-class rose garden and very nice senior center. Plus, a dog park and super nice picnic areas. Hey! A great place to take a walk, too!
