Olalla Lake

Olalla Lake is close to Toledo, Oregon and is easy to miss if you are coming over to the coast on Highway 20 from the Willamette Valley. Not being able to find it is just fine with the local folks though.

The lake covers some 100 acres and is stocked with trout, some steelhead, perch, crappie. There can be some good fishing at certain times of the year.

Of course, this is a photo blog and not a "where to fish" site however, it's a neat place to take a picnic lunch and there are some trails to get on.

I couldn't get the entire lake into photos so, you will have to use your imagination, or take my word, that the lake goes around the bend.

Most of my photography can be purchased through “Fotomoto” (a trusted site) in many different formats and price ranges. Just click one of the links below each photo to see all the options!
