Trees Of Mystery

On the Northern California Coast is the "Trees of Mystery" in Klamath, California. A neat place to visit, centered in the Redwood Forest and, a premier nature attraction on the North Coast. .

On the day we visited, they were having electrical problems and the gondola wasn't running so we decided not to take a tour into the Redwood Forest.

We did, however go into the gift shop and snoop around. Glad we did!

There is an impressive Native American exhibit in the museum part...one of the best ever. This in itself was well worth seeing even if we didn't take a tour.

When you drive up, the first things that pop out at you are statues of Paul Bunyan and his ox, Babe.

I remember the tales of Paul and Babe early in my childhood.
