Newport Belle At Dawn

The Newport Belle is a cool, floating Bed and Breakfast (off to the right), set in Newport, Oregon's scenic Yaquina Bay. It is a rather unique B & B since it is a paddle wheeler.

It was built as a dedicated Bed & Breakfast and is the only one in North America.  It has five cabins, all with private baths.

Yes! It is Coast Guard Certified and can actually cruise around the Bay but, they don't. During the winter it closes for three month but reopens for the Newport Seafood and Wine Festival in February.

The famous art-deco Yaquina Bay Bridge is in the background. This image was converted to High Dynamic Range Photography (HDR) and, then converted to a digital painting.
