Mendocino Coast View

This is a scene from the world famous Mendocino Botanical Gardens in California. We are at the end of the Gardens overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean!

If you visit the Mendocino - Fort Bragg area a must place to visit are Gardens. It is huge and absolutely gorgeous!

The Gardens are some 47 acres fronting the ocean. It is mostly run and maintained by volunteers.

It is highly seasonal and, when visiting in May, there were multiple rhododendrons in full bloom. However, there is an abundance of other plants, foliage to observe. And, check with them personally to find out what is in bloom.

This image has been converted to High Dynamic Range (HDR) by combining three different exposures to give the image more detail and color. And, texture was added for a unique final image!
