Pictures Of A Flower Garden In Lincoln City

There is a beautiful flower garden in Lincoln City, Oregon that I keep going back to when the blooms change..."The Connie Hansen Gardens".

The "rhodies" have just about had it except for a few here and there however, new flowers are popping up. And, they are a sight to behold.

The garden is tranquil and, I not only see folks wondering through the garden, I see them just sitting on a bench amongst the plants and flowers reflecting on their thoughts.

Beautiful Flower Gardens

Armed with a camera, I  revisited a beautiful flower garden in Lincoln City, Oregon that I photographed several weeks ago.

The rhododendrons are starting to die out for the most part but new flowers are starting to bloom. I saw Foxgloves, among others that I hadn't seen before.

If you ever get the chance to visit Lincoln City, on the Central Oregon Coast make sure to visit the Connie Hansen Gardens. It is completely maintained by volunteers. 

It is in the middle of a residential area but, you wouldn't know it. That's because it was well designed to hide that factor.

Since flowers in Oregon are very seasonal this is very hard to do. But, when they are in bloom, off I go.

Beautiful Flower Gardens

Flowers are coming into fruition in Oregon. It hails one minute...rains one minute...sun shines for one minute and then, back to the beginning.

My wife and I ventured out to Sherwood, Oregon. Kind of a cool place to visit.

Naturally, I had my trusty Canon Point and Shoot with me and couldn't help but to photograph some flowers along the way.
