Flower Garden Pictures Three

Another post featuring the plants and flowers in our yard. Some of the most vibrant flowers we have are the Gladiolus.

The flowers here were shot real early in the morning after watering. The Glads come in real different colors including green.

Gladiolus Flower Gardens | Shocking Colors

We planted a Gladiolus flower garden in the spring. Glad (no pun intended) we did!

It was an assorted packet of Gladiolus with no clue what they would look like when they finally bloomed. When the first gladiola bloomed it was a big shock to put it mildly.

Actually, a color we hadn't seen before in any other flower...green. Also, the green gladiola has been in bloom for weeks, and just now starting to lose its bloom. Actually, quite a long blooming period as opposed, let's say to an Iris.

Hopefully, you can catch the different and brilliant colors of these beautiful gladiolas by looking over the photos. Can't wait for these annuals to come up next year again.

Summer Flowers In Oregon City Part 4

The Gladiolas keep blooming this is a red one and orange one. So far we have had green, yellow and burgundy ones bloom and have featured them here.

The green gladiola had been the most unusual and was the first to bloom. It's still going.

Wow! I have had a really good response on my flower posts. We will be sad when they all lose their blooms.

One flower in particular that is coming into flirtation are the gladiolus. My wife planted an assorted bag of them and had no idea how they would come out. So far a green one and two others...a burgundy and a yellow.
