Retro Flying A

This is an interior of an old Flying A Service Station that probably dates back to the sixties . Today it doesn't sell gas or provide service (Remember when gas stations provided service).

It remains as a motorcycle accessory outlet and as a museum displaying all sorts of nostalgic things from years past. It's just a fun place!

I had a lot of fun photographing it. The owner was very accommodating.

Some Motorcycle Yard Art

This is actually some motorcycle yard art that was once located next to a park in Oregon. It was getting to the point of rusting out.

It has been sitting there for many years. Somebody went to a lot of trouble to put it together.

And, it really looks like the real thing. This image has been converted to a digital image.

You can purchase this image in a variety of ways, wall art, life style, apparel, greeting cards, home decor, phone cases through my Redbubble site.

Old Cash Register Art

Step back in time when you could get service like it was meant to be at a gas station! This is the interior of an old Flying A Service Station in Oregon in the Pacific Northwest!

It is full of nostalgic service station and period memorabilia. It is no longer a working station but, a distribution center for motorcycle accessories.

When this was photographed, one thing that caught my eye, among many things was the old, antique cash register. And, of course the cool Flying A Service Station hat sitting on top of the register.

Take some time and study the photo. The gas sign, 23 9/10 cents a gallon! The calendar on the wall!

Harley Davidson - How Cool Is Cool?

Harley Davidson
This is a extremely cool vintage Harley Davidson. I have no idea what year or anything. Except it has to be a vintage and well restored bike. Please comment on my blog if you know what year it is.

This was at a car show (the only bike) in Oregon City, Oregon. The owner wasn't around so, I couldn't get any info on the bike.

However, I did get to photograph it! I converted the photo into High Dynamic Range Photography (HDR) which gives it a different kind of look...brings out the color and definition more.

Here are some cool Harley accessories that can be purchased through Amazon:

1.   "Harley-Davidson Men's Chase Casual Shoes"  A men's sneaker that has a leather and nylon mesh upper for long-term wear and breathability. Padding in the collar protects your ankles, as the full length padded footbed delivers cushioned comfort. The Harley-Davidson Chase sneaker features Cement Construction for durability and a deeply textured rubber outsole for expert traction and stability.
