The Lonely Tulip

Each year, in the spring the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm in Woodburn, Oregon has a festival.  And, it is a gala event!

A great number of people visit their forty acres of beautiful tulips. They usually grow in bunches and this one was found all by itself...well sort of lonely! 

This image has been converted to High Dynamic Range (HDR) by combining three different exposures to give the image more detail and color.

Tulip Wall Art

This lonely tulip was located at "The Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm" in Woodburn, Oregon. Each year, in the spring they have a festival and, people come from all over to visit their forty acres of beautiful tulips.

At their farm, you will discover that tulips grow in bunches and, are usually of the same color. However, this one was found all by itself among a like bunch of tulips!

The colors are magnificent! The yellow forms super intricate detail flowing through the red forming an usual design.
